Azanco ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the Azanco platform (quote.azanco.app).

Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name, and login credentials

Business data: quotes, invoices, client details, and service information you enter into the platform

Payment information: subscription billing is handled securely by PayFast; Azanco does not store your card details

Usage data: basic technical information such as device type and browser, used to maintain and improve the platform

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

Provide and operate the Azanco platform

Process subscription payments via PayFast

Send service-related communications (e.g. billing notices, support responses, onboarding emails)

Improve and maintain the security of our service

4. Where Your Information Is Stored

Azanco itself does not operate its own data servers. Your account and business information is stored securely with the trusted platforms that power Azanco behind the scenes:

-Base44 — hosts your account and the quotes, invoices, and client data you create

-GoHighLevel — manages customer support communications and account status

-PayFast — processes your subscription payments; Azanco never sees or stores your card details

-Resend — delivers transactional emails (like your quotes and invoices) on your behalf

-Vercel — runs the backend processes that connect Azanco to payment and email services

These providers only ever access the information needed to perform their specific function, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

5. AI Features
Azanco may use AI tools (such as an AI support agent) to help answer questions or retrieve information from your account on request. These tools access only what's needed to respond and do not independently monitor, analyse, or build profiles from your data.

6. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account at any time. When your account is deleted, your username and all associated data — including quotes, invoices, and client records — are permanently removed. This action cannot be undone, so we recommend exporting any data you wish to keep beforehand (e.g. via CSV export).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting [email protected].

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Azanco after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
