1. Service Delivery
Azanco is a cloud-based quoting and invoicing platform delivered as a service ("SaaS"). Access to the platform is granted immediately upon successful registration and payment, via your account login at quote.azanco.app. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Subscription & Billing
Azanco is billed on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription tiers are based on the number of users on your account. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

3. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, continued use of the platform requires an active paid subscription.

4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

5. Refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge for review.

6. Changes to Your Plan
If you upgrade your subscription tier, the new price will apply from your next billing cycle — no additional charge is made mid-cycle.

7. Account Suspension
If payment fails or your subscription lapses, your account will enter a grace period, after which access may be restricted until payment is resolved.
